From Jthrough June 30, 2021, downloading Tell Me Why will give you permanent access to the title on the platform of your choice, even after Pride Month is over. This Pride Month, we’re making Tell Me Why free on all available platforms – Xbox consoles, Windows 10, and Steam. This year, Pride Month comes at a period of intensifying bigotry and harmful legislation against trans, nonbinary and gender non-conforming people in many parts of the world. We never know how long we have with someone until they're gone.June is Pride Month – a time for LGBTQIA+ communities to celebrate who they are. My own mom didn't do everything right but I'm love her and I'm glad she's still here. They were both able to move on and accept what happened, process their grief and confide in those important to them.

I however completely understand why Tyler and Alyson believed that she meant hard at the time. The book on her desk, How To Care For Your Transgender Child, and the letter in the barns loft addressed to Alyson and Ollie, Tyler's first chosen name, tells me that she did care for Tyler and didn't actually intend on hurting him. Mary-Ann, like my own mom certainly made mistakes and may not have been the best mom but I think she tried her best. However, looking past how Tyler and Alyson had always believed what happened, I had my own doubts too. When we confronted Tom about his affair, I discounted his version of events. We like to think that how we remember things makes them true but that's not always the case. A lot like Tyler and Alyson also had to deal with. When I finally faced my own childhood I sometimes doubted myself, wondering if I could trust my memories. I'm going to spoiler the rest of the review for story spoilers and give a trigger warning. There was a lot to unpack with this story and there were a lot of lessons to be learned. I think the parallels to my own lived experiences made it especially difficult. I had to take a few breaks because it was just too much for me and I needed to cry a bit.
